Problem Description

The problem was to develop a framework for the visualization of cadastral data for the geodetical software “GEOi[2000]” (DCS Computer Systeme). This was motivated because of major shortcomings of the JAVA 1.1 graphics API (Graphics) in displaying vector oriented data.
